CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) – Representatives of major record labels will be present during the first Charlotte Hornets Music Industry Night of the 2021-22 season.
The first Music Industry Night of the season will take place on Sunday, October 31st, at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte.
According to DJ Chuck T, label representatives from Def Jam and Interscope will be present.

Last year, WBTV interviewed Chuck T ahead of the NBA’s first-ever Music Industry Night, held on January 20, 2020 at the Charlotte Hornets vs Orlando Magic game at the Spectrum Center. Chuck T played a major role in the event as a VIP panelist and was a popular concert DJ.
The Charlotte Hornets hosted the inaugural Music Industry Night as an event to bring the Carolinas’ music scene together and enable aspiring musicians to network and be heard.
