Their review read: “A large Sarbeni with doner “meat”. Meat they called it. I liked to call it forkfuls of euthanasia.”
They continued: “It’s a risky game eating here. I rolled the dice and lost.”
Another customer demanded Best Kebab changed their name.
“Absolutely honkin, rubbish kebab,” they said.
“Wanted to spew when lookin at it.
“Change your shop name now. gutted.”
Another wrote: “I was met with frankly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced charging more for my meal then stated on the menu and a rude persona.
“I will avoid this place the next time I’m in Glasgow centre. Learn some manners!!”
The takeaway owner has not taken the criticism lying down, and hit back by “barring” the customers responsible for the negative reviews.
They replied to one customer saying: “You don’t no anything you pillok!! BARRED!”
Another response said: “uneducated mug, you’re barred”.
Just days ago The Mirror reported on another restauranteur who hit back at bad reviews on TripAdvisor, after a customer complained of “arrogantly slow” service.
The disgruntled customer gave the Italian restaurant Sapore, in Birmingham, a one-star review after their visit and ranted about the ‘poor’ food and ‘almost arrogantly slow’ service at the eatery.
However, the owner left a classy reply, questioning why the reviewer ate all of their food if it was so ‘awful’.
Sapore has a 4.5 rating on the travel website – with more than 300 reviews. It was also last year awarded a Travellers’ Choice Award.
The owner of Sapore responded to say it was a “shame” that the diner didn’t share their comments on the day of their visit, instead of writing a review on Tripadvisor.
